Aran Merino Wool Throw is made from pure extra-fine merino wool, hand-framed, finished with a hand-knotted 12 cm fringe along both short ends.
The colour is warm oat — pale porridge beige with a cream undertone, the colour of undyed wool, no yellow and no grey. The cloth itself: a deep cable-and-diamond Aran knit — raised twisting ropes running the length of the throw between panels of moss stitch; heavy, dense, three-dimensional, every cable throwing its own shadow.
Cut for European bed sizes and sewn to survive a weekly wash for years, not for one season of photographs.
