What happens after you press the button.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the following working day. You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel is handed over.

What it costs

  • Germany — €4.90, free over €150, 1–2 business days.
  • European Union — €8.90, free over €150, 2–4 business days.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland — €14.90, free over €250, 3–6 business days.
  • Rest of the world — €24.90, free over €350, 5–12 business days.

Outside the EU, import duty and local VAT are charged by your own customs and are not included in what you pay us.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. The pieces need to be unwashed and in their packaging — bedding is worn against skin, and we cannot resell what has been slept in.

Write to us with your order number and we send a return label. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days of the parcel reaching us.

If something is wrong

A seam that opened, a colour that is not what you ordered, a parcel that arrived damaged — tell us within thirty days and we replace it. No return needed for a fault; a photograph is enough.
